Technology makes it easy to install a
Pergo floor with perfect
results!
In combination with Pergo
adhesive and PerCore with APS, the
geometric tongue and groove construction
in Dock Lock creates an extremely stable
and durable fit. Through laser precision
cutting technology, there is an perfect
fit between the tongue and groove. The
Dock Lock system's gliding surface and
flow components guarantee a problem-free
and fool-proof installation. The tongues
of the Dock Lock system has a thin tip
and a thicker base which means that the
adhesive is distributed evenly. The
adhesive seals the joint and provides
effective protection against
moisture.
Another constructional change is
the angled top of the tongue. This allows
the adhesive in the groove to be pressed
upwards when boards are joined together.

cleaning.
The exclusive collection, Pergo
Select, has an asymmetrical joint with
Dock Lock. The under part of the groove
is lengthened to create stability while,
at the same time, making installation
even easier. With this asymmetric joint,
you don't need to lift up the board to
apply the adhesive. The Pergo adhesive is
applied while the board is on the floor.
The adhesive container is lengthened by
the underside the groove. The boards are
pressed together and create a sealed
surface.
