The Company

Janus Flooring Corporation is celebrating its 81st year in business, having been originally founded in 1921 as a supplier, manufacturer and installer of Hardwood Flooring.  The Company is located in East York, Toronto, CANADA.  Janus is a Charter (Founding) Member of the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA). The Company has maintained a solid reputation as a premium manufacturer of Hardwood Flooring products in North America and sells  extensively in Canada, United States, Asia and Europe.

IMaGES prefinished strip flooring was added to the product line in 1995, with the Corporate Goal of producing a premium grade Prefinished Hardwood Flooring Product for both the professional and retail markets.

The Company manages the manufacturing process from beginning to end – from the kiln drying of the lumber to the milling of the unfinished product to the finishing process – all in the one facility. This ensures the most stringent quality control capability.
